NEJM has completely rethought its website. Content is now available full text for all issues six months after publication. Unless you are a subscriber, however, access to more recent publications is severely limited, with only the abstracts for papers available. Editorials, correspondence, images and reviews are no longer available. The site itself works well, and archive material from 1993 onwards is available, as well as etoc service. The site is now partially funded by advertising, but it is sad that this cannot pay for more generous access.
