The site for the respected US Journal of general medicine is clean and uncluttered, but runs quite slowly. Full text access is only available to subscribers, although some articles can be accessed. An interesting novelty is a summary for each paper designed for patients. Content is good, with some magazine features common to many general medicine journals.
